my name is lotte rosa buchholz. i was born in berlin in 1981 and moved to braunschweig in 2004 to study communication design at the university of arts. i graduated in april 2011 and am now working as a freelance graphic designer in braunschweig.

in the past few years i have developed a strong affinity for typography and book design. another favourite of mine is the photographic experiment. besides employing different analogue techniques, like working with stencils and stamps, i love bookbinding.

my interests range from typography to pop music, from north american literature to turkish food, from photography to politics, from computers to colorful nail polish, from bookbinding to action movies, from handcrafting to collecting things.
